Welcome to Huno. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Huno mobile application ("App") provided by Huno AI ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App.
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Huno is available through a paid subscription at $19.99 per month. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Subscription payments are processed through your Apple App Store account. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Huno cannot modify or cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
We may offer a 7-day free trial for new users. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends through your Apple App Store subscription settings.
All subscription payments are processed by Apple. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Huno does not have the ability to process refunds directly.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App by navigating to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through your Apple App Store settings before or after deleting your account, as subscription billing is managed by Apple.
Huno is not a mental health service, therapy, or medical treatment. Huno is an AI companion designed to provide emotional support, conversation, and wellness features. Huno is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. You should not rely on Huno as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or thoughts of self-harm, please contact emergency services (911 in the US), the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the US), or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Huno AI, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HUNO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Santa Clara County, California. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
